London is an expensive city to live in. I guess we will all agree to this, especially if you are a young professional moving to London at the beginning of your career or, worse, are still a student.

Amongst all costs (transports, food, entertainment), your rent probably scores higher than anything else. It is not a surprise to anyone that prices for rental accommodations in London will vary with the area and type of property want.

But have you ever asked yourself what a rental budget of £1500 (bills excluded) can land you in London? We have.

We went on a mission to find the best ranking property deals across London (according to ratedrent's grading system), under the £1,500 per month mark.

We hope you enjoy our findings.

Location, location, location!

In conclusion, the location is what really makes the difference in London. If your priority is to get a comfortable place on a budget, our recommendation is for you to check homes in zone 2 and 3 of London, perhaps by using the above examples as a starting point for your home search.

Happy search, everyone!
